NEW YORK, April 9, 2018 – CA Technologies (NASDAQ: CA) was again named a recipient of the NorthFace ScoreBoard AwardSM from the Customer Relationship Management Institute (CRMI, an Omega Management Group company) in recognition of achieving excellence in customer service and support. This marks the sixth consecutive year that CA has received the award.
In presenting the award, CRMI recognized CA’s ongoing commitment to building long-term customer loyalty by continuously exceeding customer expectations. The award is based on an independent analysis of surveys from CA’s own customers.
