Ashok is an avid runner and has run marathons including New York City, San Francisco and will be running Boston Marathon.
Brian Henkel is a Principal UX Designer at CA Technologies. Brian prides himself on finding the intersection between customer needs and business goals, while designing elegant solutions that deliver results. He has been an advocate for the user’s experience for more than 14 years, working with top enterprises as a UX consultant and teaching college courses as an adjunct instructor.
Chip Mason has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. Chip leads strategy and product definition for Mainframe Security products in CA Technologies. In this capacity, Chip works to guide integration and product development toward delivering valuable Security solutions, as well as acting as a subject matter expert assisting customers to ensure security and compliance. Chip has experience across many areas of Enterprise IT, including Security Management, Application, Web and Mobile Software Development, Service Management, Software and Infrastructure Provisioning, Networking, and Event Management. Dejan Milinkovic is a Product Manager at CA Technologies, and is responsible for solutions that enable a modern experience for mainframe. Over the past ten years, he has been heavily involved in the company’s initiative to support and promote the next generation of mainframe application developers.
Deborah Carbo is Senior Director of Product Management at CA Technologies, responsible for the database and systems management, storage and application development products in the mainframe portfolio. Deb has 20 years’ experience leading software organizations.
Ed has 20+ years of industry experience and was selected to be in the first cohort of CA’s LEAP program. He is currently working as a product manager in one of the industry’s hottest technology area, blockchain. In that role Ed is responsible for working with enterprise customers to identify key market need and recruit customers as validation partners and work with the PO and development staff to deliver key critical value-added services. His other rotations were in the security BU, where he spearheaded the integration between CA-PAM and ACF2/Top Secret, and in the DevOps BU where he investigated the healthcare EDI testing market and produced plans for a new product idea. Before LEAP, Ed led multiple agile development teams across multiple geographies who build Mainframe Operational Intelligence, UIM4z, Mainframe Software Manager, MSPS, and Output Management products.

Greg Lotko is responsible for CA’s Mainframe Business Unit helping enterprises build, operate, automate, and secure their current and next generation systems to optimize and fuel digital transformation. He joined CA Technologies in August of 2017 as the senior vice president, Software Engineering, Mainframe at CA technologies where he was responsible for leading engineering for all Mainframe products including CA’s primary labs around the world in North America, Czech Republic, and India.
Prior to joining CA technologies, he spent 29 years with IBM where he was a member of the CEO’s Growth and Transformation team. He was most recently the vice president and worldwide head of development for IBM’s Storage and Software Defined Infrastructure portfolio as part of the Systems Unit. Prior to that, Greg was the Business Line Executive of the System z Division, responsible for all facets of IBM's mainframe business including strategy, architecture, operations, and overall financial performance. At IBM, he also held other executive and senior management positions in SWG between 2000 and 2010 including: vice president of warehouse solutions, responsible for the Information Management Warehouse Strategy and Solutions across databases and platforms, Director of DB2 for z/OS, Director of IMS, Director of Development for WebSphere Information Integration, Senior Manager of WW IMS Technical Support, and Head of Digital Media Development. In IGS (IBM Global Services), Greg was the Delivery Executive on a large Application Outsourcing account in the Insurance & Finance Industry and obtained certification as a Senior Executive Project Manager. He started his career holding a variety of positions in CHQ Financial Systems as a programmer, business analyst, project manager and manager supporting IBM's finance and accounting community.
Greg received his Computer Science degree from Clarkson University and serves on the Dean of Arts & Science Advisory Council.
Jean-Louis has been in product management roles for more than 15 years, starting as product manager in the Change and Configuration Management space, then moving into Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps and now as a VP Product Management in CA Technologies Mainframe business unit.
