Most recently, Ashok led CA Technologies’ $1B+ DevOps Line of Business, with the Industry's first Cognitive DevOps platform. He joined CA in 2015 to lead the Mainframe business. In this role, he led the agile transformation of the Mainframe unit, introduced AI driven innovations that outperformed the market and took market share from the competition.
Prior to CA, Ashok worked for IBM, where he served as the VP of the company’s API Economy, DevOps and Hybrid Cloud Integration portfolios. Previously, Ashok worked at Rational Software and other Fortune 500 companies including Honeywell, Fluor and Novartis.
A life-long learner, Ashok holds an MBA, MS and BS in Engineering and is a Professional Engineer (PE, California). Ashok is currently completing a master’s degree in Computer Science at Georgia Tech, specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Ashok holds patents in IT governance and automation and six pending patents for Blockchain technologies. In addition, he is also the Founding Commissioner of the UN Blockchain commission, with a focus on solutions for social good.
Ashok is an avid runner and has completed the New York City, San Francisco and Boston Marathons. He resides in Los Altos, California with his wife and has two grown children.
Bill Loikets has been a member of the CA Technologies, A Broadcom Company team for 35 years and has held various Support Management positions since 1992. He holds a B.A. from the University of Iowa with degrees in Communication and Computer Science.
Brian Henkel is a Principal UX Designer at Broadcom, a role he previously also held at CA Technologies. Chip Mason has over 20 years of experience in the software industry. As Senior Product Manager, Chip leads strategy and product definition for Mainframe Security products in Broadcom, Inc, a role he previously held at CA Technologies. In this capacity, Chip works to guide integration and product development toward delivering valuable Security solutions, as well as acting as a subject matter expert assisting customers to ensure security and compliance. Chip has experience across many areas of Enterprise IT, including Security Management, Application, Web and Mobile Software Development, Service Management, Software and Infrastructure Provisioning, Networking, and Event Management. Dejan Milinkovic is a Product Manager at Broadcom, and is responsible for solutions that enable a modern experience for mainframe. Over the past ten years, he has been heavily involved in the company’s initiative to support and promote the next generation of mainframe application developers.
Deb is responsible for the transformation and modernization of information technology solutions that enable business success. Ed Blazejewski works in Product Management and Strategy for Output Management for Broadcom. In this role, Ed is responsible for working with enterprise customers to identify key market need and recruit customers as validation partners and work with the PO and development staff to deliver key critical value-added services. He has 20+ years of industry experience and was selected to be in the first cohort of CA’s LEAP program. Apart from his role in Output Management, other rotations were in the security BU, where he spearheaded the integration between CA-PAM and ACF2/Top Secret, and in the DevOps BU, where he investigated the healthcare EDI testing market and produced plans for a new product idea. Before LEAP, Ed led multiple agile development teams across multiple geographies who built Mainframe Operational Intelligence, UIM4z, Mainframe Software Manager, MSPS, and Output Management products.
Ed also chairs the Americas/EMEA mainframe, UI & User Experience patent review board and himself holds two US patents. He is passionate about creating great software by collaborating with customers, UX, engineering/architecture and the business.
Greg Lotko is SVP and General Manager for Broadcom’s Mainframe business unit. A passionate leader, Greg’s customer-first approach has helped countless organizations drive business and technical success resulting in lasting customer relationships. Currently, Greg is responsible for all facets of the Mainframe division, including strategy, product management, engineering, services, support, and marketing. Under his leadership, the division helps the world’s top companies operate, automate, secure, and modernize the mainframe systems that run their businesses.
Known for driving growth and innovation, Greg was selected to lead the strategic Mainframe division when Broadcom acquired CA Technologies in 2018. At CA, Greg was General Manager for Mainframe and, prior to that, SVP of Software Engineering. Before joining CA, Greg spent 29 years with IBM. Hayden Lindsey is the Vice President responsible for WW Software Engineering and Architecture within Broadcom’s Mainframe Division. In this role, Hayden leads development of all mainframe products developed in the Broadcom labs around the world (North America, the Czech Republic, and India).
Hayden leads teams that employ iterative and agile development techniques and methodologies to develop solutions that help enterprises build, operate, automate, optimize and secure their current and next generation systems to enable digital transformation.
Hayden has worked in the software industry for over three decades. He has held a variety of positions including software developer, product architect, offering manager, co-leader of the Eclipse tools platform, director of the Rational modeling and construction tools, IBM VP and distinguished engineer of DevOps for Enterprise Systems and Compilers, and SVP for WW Engineering & Architecture at CA Technologies. Technically, Hayden was an early adopter of object technology and Smalltalk, applying it in the areas of code generation, debugging, IDEs, and performance, and he holds 14 patents.
Jean-Louis has been in product management roles for more than 15 years, starting as product manager in the Change and Configuration Management space, then moving into Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps and now as Director Product Management in Broadcom Mainframe business unit for DevOps and Open MainFrame initiative. Jean-Louis is also involved in the open source project Zowe, and is member of Zowe Leadership Council (Zowe.org).
