Dear Colleague,
Our DNA represents what CA looks like when we're all at our very best. It's no accident that our DNA includes an expectation of always operating transparently, and with the highest levels of integrity, in all that we do.
From my perspective, there are two critical questions that should inform every decision we make, every action we take and every behavior we exhibit:
Our Code of Conduct ("Code") sets the standard of excellence that we expect from all CA employees. The Code includes guidelines for appropriate interactions and communications with each of our major constituents as well as our fundamental rules for doing business. It also represents our unwavering commitment to act ethically and comply with the law—even when no one is watching.
We know our Code won't address every workplace or ethical dilemma you may face, but it does provide the basic framework to help you understand our expectations and recognize when you should ask for help. With common sense, vigilance, teamwork, communication and the Code as our guide, we can ensure CA always operates as a company of integrity.
Please take the time to familiarize yourself with the contents of the Code. If you have any questions, be sure to reach out to our Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer or any member of the Worldwide Law Department.
We all share the responsibility of making business ethics and compliance part of the fabric of CA. Sustainable, long-term success requires unwavering ethics, best in class innovation and outstanding financial performance. It’s up to all of us to make it happen.
Regards,
Mike Gregoire
Chief Executive Officer
