The recent study “Keeping Score: Why Digital Transformation Matters” conducted by Coleman Parkes for CA Technologies reveals that digital transformation helps drive growth for organisations in EMEA. Surveyed IT and business executives report their companies have experienced 35 percent growth in new revenue and more than two-thirds see an improved customer experience.
According to the study, organisations in EMEA using modern technology and practices to transform one or more key aspects of their business achieve 35 percent growth in new revenue and a 44 percent increase in speed to market, while 69 percent report an improvement in customer experience. The advanced adoption of approaches such as agile, DevOps, application programming interface (API) management, and identity-centric security also boosts business impact of digital transformation by up to 37 percent.
