Greg’s first experience with agile during a pilot project was an eye opener. About a month in, the team realized they hadn’t gotten feedback from customers or stakeholders. In the end, half the project changed because they were listening to that feedback, making changes together and doing agile-style development. Now Greg provides inspiring, grounded and modest coaching and leadership in the agile and lean software communities.
