FAQs

Q: How do I access CA Agile Central product training?

  1. Navigate to www.ca.com
  2. Hover over “Education & Training” then click “Log in to Training Portal”
  3. Create a *new* Training profile and ensure “CA Education” and “CA Support” is selected during signup (Note: Agile Central logins do not work here)
  4. Check email account used to register
  5. Click on the “Click to Complete Registration” button
  6. Click “Log In” and enter credentials
  7. Accept the Terms and Conditions
  8. At this point, it is suggested to wait a few minutes for the credentials to be duplicated throughout the multiple systems
  9. Navigate to www.ca.com
  10. Click “Sign In” in upper right of screen, enter credentials
  11. Navigate to https://learningpaths.ca.com/agile-central

Q: I am having login or password issues. Help!

Please note the CA.com login is not linked to your Agile Central login or the discontinued on-demand platform. If you do not have a CA.com login, you will need to create one first. Becoming a registered user gives you access to CA Technologies product information, CA Support (including CA product roadmaps), CA Education, CA Communities, CA Partner Portal and CA.com. If you are still experiencing troubles, you will need to contact CA Support online by visiting www.ca.com, hovering over Services & Support, then clicking on Contact CA Support. There is an option to call as well: +1-800-225-5224.

Q: What happens to the progress reports currently set up in the old system?

Unfortunately, as part of migrating to the new system, we will lose this functionality as it exists. However, there is the ability for individuals to track their progress for each session, showing the start time, duration and % of completion. A screenshot can easily provide proof of completion if required.

Q: Nothing is happening when I attempt to start my training.

The training will open in a new window. If you have a pop up blocker installed, you may need to click START again and/or disable pop-ups on your browser.

Q: I am getting an error message when I try to access the training. Help!
