In His Own Words

I’ve been in the business of planning, designing, writing, testing and deploying software for over four decades. During that time, I’ve seen a lot of change; but none so fundamental and important as agile. It has changed the game in so many ways. I’ve been fortunate enough to be involved in agile for almost 20 years now and enjoy working with teams and companies in not only adopting agile but helping them continue their journey into what comes next. Areas like scaling, agile portfolio management and true business agility are some of the focus areas that I am passionate about.

What people have to say after Gene’s classes ...

The value-to-fun graph clearly plotted our experience with Eugene in the upper right corner!

Gene did an excellent job leading a value stream mapping workshop to help all stakeholders involved in our product development process build shared understanding of what it takes to get a product to market. It was evident in Gene’s facilitation that he knows his stuff and brings such a rich perspective to the table based on his many years of experience working with a variety of organizations and people—both in business and IT.

When you have an opportunity to work with Gene, you get more than someone who is knowledgeable, experienced, dynamic and excellent at what he does. You get a true partner who is willing to meet you where you are at and help you chart an actionable path forward. A true pleasure to work with!
