Adam is president, global field operations at CA Technologies where he leads a high-performance team of experts who are helping businesses across fast-growing, emerging markets and some of the world’s most powerful and innovative companies shape the future. This includes working with customers and partners who want to leverage cutting-edge software to solve critical business challenges, adapt to changing IT demands, develop new business models and create new opportunities.

Adam has held various senior management positions since joining the company in 1999. Previously, he served as executive vice president and group executive, Mainframe and Customer Success where he led innovation and growth for the Mainframe business and Customer Success. In addition, he led a Business Transformation program that aligned organizational initiatives with the company’s business strategy to meet long term goals and objectives.

Previously, as executive vice president of the company’s global business operations and business transformation, he managed all aspects of executing the company’s operating plan.

Earlier on as general manager of CA Services, Support and Education sales, Adam led a global team that delivered strategic insight, implementations, support and education to enable customers to receive maximum value from their IT investments. He was also responsible for sales in the eastern U.S., with a primary focus on managing the company’s growth in established and emerging customer bases.

Adam joined CA Technologies through the acquisition of PLATINUM technology, where he supported the company's professional services focused on data warehousing, repository, and business intelligence.

He received a bachelor of science degree in psychology and his Master of Sciences in management and information systems from New York University.
