SweetCode – 4/18/17
CA Technologies’ internal incubator program, CA Accelerator, will feature at DockerCon two of its start-up projects – container innovations designed to make developers’ lives easier across the software development lifecycle.
Qubeship.io, which is working to provide industry best practice Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery workflows (“opinions”) that developers can apply to Docker Community Edition and their Docker delivery pipeline in real time, is releasing code to the open source community. The ultimate goal is to provide Docker developer expertise in a box, so that developers can spend even less time and resources creating their own Docker expertise set.
Yipee.io is providing early access to its intelligent modeling tool that will reduce the complexities of shifting Docker ecosystems by enabling individuals and teams to create, collaborate on, and orchestrate microservices applications in a platform agnostic way – without editing YAML files directly. By allowing dev and ops teams to each operate how they want, DevOps teams will experience reduced friction and increased efficiency, thus accelerating time to market.
CA Technologies will also be demoing its container-ready solutions – CA Application Performance Management, CA BlazeMeter and CA Continuous Delivery Director – that provide analytics driven monitoring, shift-left performance and functional testing, and continuous testing and SaaS-based toolchain orchestration and analytics.
