Your CEO Mike Gregoire predicts that “Built To Change” will be the new paradigm for success. This involves putting software at the center of everything that enterprises do. How will building a Modern Software Factory ensure an enterprise is built to change and can adapt successfully to the rapid pace of change in the market?
That’s a great point. And that’s exactly at the heart of our strategy. Digital transformation has been top of the agenda for enterprises over the last couple of years. And enterprise customers have realized that digital transformation essentially has three elements. It’s about internal culture, change in business processes and tools and technologies to enable that.
We’ve talked about the application economy for the last couple of years. Customers interact with your business through software. So we looked at was putting software at the center of our business. So with this dynamic of putting software at the heart of your business, we determined four elements that customers need to put in place to successfully build the modern software factory which puts applications at the heart of their business software.
