In this role, Schaknowski will focus on global channel sales strategies, program design and partner enablement, and will work with other members of CA Technologies sales organization to ensure that the company extends its on-premise product leadership beyond the accounts it currently serves.

Schaknowski is joining CA Technologies from Intuit Inc., a leading provider of business and financial management solutions, where he led Intuit’s Solution Provider Program.
He joined Intuit in January 2008 to lead its mid market and retail solution, and direct and channel sales teams. In 2009, he was promoted into a new role with responsibility for the overall development and execution of the company’s newly consolidated solution provider channel strategy. In 2010, he assumed the leadership of Intuit's high-growth Emerging Channels organization, consisting of solution provider, distribution, OEM, DMR, education, hosting, franchise and ISV channels.
Before joining Intuit, Schaknowski held several senior positions at Sage Software and New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. He has been recognized in the industry by being named a CRN Channel Chief from 2009-11, one of CPA Technology Advisor's 2010 “40 under 40” and one of CRN's “25 Most Innovative Executives of 2010".
