For example, one Xigent Solutions customer was running out of disk space on their storage infrastructure and was about to spend significant budget to expand resources. Xigent Solutions evaluated the situation and discovered another solution.
“CA Nimsoft alerted us that the customer’s storage was filling up and we were able to identify that it simply wasn’t provisioned correctly,” said Ballard. “As a result, we were able to recover about 500 GB of space which helped the customer avoid a $50,000 investment in new equipment that they didn’t need.”
