Building on the success of the previous virtual event held in February 2012 that attracted more than 4,000 delegates, the day kicks off in Asia Pacific on November 13th at 9:00 a.m. local time in Australia and concludes in North America at 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time. During the virtual tradeshow, attendees will be able to access a wealth of information, join webcasts and sessions, and interact with peers and presenters online through private and group chats.
Keynote speakers Douglas Merrill, CEO and founder of ZestFinance.com and former CIO of Google, and Gary Beach, publisher, Emeritus of CIO Magazine will outline the Innovation Imperative based on recently conducted research. They will also provide insight into how IT organizations can tackle innovation challenges head on.
“Disruptive technologies, such as mobility and Big Data, require a commitment to change. As research commissioned by CA Technologies shows, effective innovation around disruptive trends requires more collaboration between business managers and IT leaders than is happening in most organizations today,” said Andi Mann, VP of Strategic Solutions at CA Technologies. “This global event will provide any IT organization with useful guidance on how to address these issues from those who have done it successfully.”
Attendees will also learn how CA Technologies customers have addressed key challenges through innovation. They will share their experiences in implementing IT initiatives that resulted in positive outcomes, saved money, eliminated risk and enabled new business offerings.
The Global IT Luminaries event covers three key topic areas:

2. Transform IT: Learn how to simplify complexity and free up resources to focus on service quality.
3. Secure IT: Gain insight into reducing the risks of improper access and exposure to fraud.
