The solution, implemented by CA Technologies partner Netcom, features several Service Assurance products. CA Service Operations Insight, enables Hadassah to improve service quality and predictability by visualizing and analyzing its IT infrastructure domains, applications and transactions together, according to the services they support. CA Infrastructure Insight enables the medical center to gain better visibility and control over its IT infrastructure availability and traffic composition by providing discovery, fault isolation, root cause analysis, configuration and change management, traffic analysis, trend analysis and predictive capacity planning.
