"No match" error message received when creating a package foreground

Question:

Why do I get the error message 'No Match' when creating new package under foreground ? Editing existing packages are no problem.    

Environment:
Optional Feature (ENCOPTBL) ALWAYS_CALL_GENPKGID is enabled
Answer:

That message will be issued when the ENCOPTBL ALWAYS_CALL_GENPKGID is enabled, but there is no GENPKGID exit. The solution is to comment that optional feature and reassemble the table.
