how to delete custom attributes on Team Center?

Introduction:

Once a custom attribute is created, how would you delete it?  It's not described in the user guide.

Background:

Custom attribute can be created and deleted.

Environment:
APM Team Center
Instructions:
  1. log into Team Center using an Admin rights user
  2. click on "Setting" on the upper left hand corner
  3. click on "Attribute Rules"
  4. under "custom attributes" column, type in a <new attribute name> to create a new one
  5. In the newly created row, the rightmost column is "Actions".  There are two buttons: "duplicate", "delete"
  6. click on "delete" to delete a custom attribute
