How to deactivate alarm_enrichment probe

If you are not using enrichment scripts in alarm_enrichment and would like to remove the alarm_enrichment probe below are the steps.


1) Deactivate both probes 'nas' and 'alarm_enrichment' 

2) Open Raw Configure for nas probe

3) Under setup folder, find the 'subject' key. change the value from 'alarm2' to 'alarm' - then Apply/Save 

4) In the controller.cfg remove the section <alarm_enrichment></alarm_enrichment> and under the <nas></nas> section, remove ‘start_after = alarm_enrichment’ 

5) Open the hub probe GUI 

6) Go to queues 

7) Remove the alarm_enrichment queue 

8) Change nas queue from alarm2 to alarm (via right click & edit) save / apply and restart hub (ensure robot is restarted via the service [nimbus daemon on Unix or 

Windows service controller on Windows]) 

9) Activate the nas probe
