Getting message CA Dras Server not available for security check function and no users can log on. This was working fine previously. Recycling Web Viewer and DRAS did not resolve the problem. What is the next step in troubleshooting this problem?
- Rerun the config tool from
<installation_location>/util or C:\Program Files\CA\CA_OM_Web_Viewer\util
- Select 1. CCI Settings
- Follow the prompts, selecting the existing parameters. Note - this is not a fix - it is a diagnostic. Do not change the existing parameters at this time.
- This will indicate whether you have CCI connectivity and if not, there will be further details in the configtool.log.
The configtool.log is at (depending on your platform)
C:\Program Files\CA\CA_OM_Web_Viewer\util\logs\ConfigTool.log or <installation_location>/util/logs/ConfigTool.log
