LLAWP: Received local configuration update

We have modified the WebAgent.conf in our test environment but it did not trigger the "Received local configuration updated" log entry as expected. How can we trigger it? 



For every pspollinterverval, LLAWorkerProcess will check for any time change for LocalConfig file with regard to the previous LocalConfig file time. 

If it finds the time change for LocalConfig file, previously(last time provided log messages in the comments) given all log messages come into picture. If there is no time change for LocalConfig file, nothing come into picture.

There are two local agent configuration files:

> Agent Config - Local agent settings that are not stored centrally.

> Local Configuration
