Is there a way to turn off restricted IFCID 105?

Question:

 Is there a way to turn off the collection of restricted IFCID (105)? Removing it from the restricted list didn't help.

Answer:

Insight doesn't activate this IFCID. It is activated based on that setting in DB2. The bad news is that it doesn't seem like you can turn it off.
