What is the information needed by CA Support to provide the current Database size of an Environment?
It should be ensured that the following information is acquired before raising a case with CA support for requesting the current Database size for your Environment.
1) Which Environment (Test/Dev/Prod) the request is for along with the environment URL?
2.) The database Host/Server name and the IP Address of the Database server.
2) The customer Primary Support Contact Approval to be included in the ticket if contacting CA Support on behalf of the customer.
