Issue:

Spectrum OneClick custom menu to launch browser fails. The browser is not launched as expected.

Cause:

Possible issue with special characters in the url to be launched.

Resolution:

Check for special characters in the url to be launched in the custom-menu-config.xml file. If there are any special characters, replace the special character(s) with the associated URL Encoded Characters. For example, if the url contains a caret "^" symbol, replace it with "%5E".
