User Administrator(s) are expected to adhere to the policies of the CA customer(s) they represent in respect to authorizing access and use of CA Support Online support resources, and administration of additional User Administrators. All User Administrator generated changes to the CA customer's authorized access and administration of additional User Administrators shall be recorded by CA and made available to the CA customer upon request.
User Administrator(s) are authorized agents of the CA customer(s) they represent to perform all transactions conducted on, and in connection with, the CA Support Online User Administration function. CA customers are solely responsible for all acts and omissions of their User Administrator(s) and any actions taken by any individuals who are granted access to CA Support Online and its associated sites by their User Administrator(s).
User Administrator(s) and other authorized users are not permitted to share login userids and/or passwords.
Subsequent to CA's approval of the initial User Administrator request for a customer site (unless and until the customer revokes such User Administration), CA shall cease to process any subsequent requests from potential User Administrator(s) or other requests for access to the customer's site ID(s) on CA Support Online and its associated sites. Such further requests will be processed by the customer's User Administrator(s) for the affected customer site(s). (CA shall continue to process access requests for any other customer sites for which there is not a designated User Administrator.)
Requestors for enrollment to CA Support Online and/or User Administration for a site that has an existing User Administrator will be given the User Administrators email address during request. In the event the User Administrator is not processing requests at the site and CA is receiving escalations from requestor(s), CA has the right to provide requestor User Administrators name again and email for requestor to engage directly. Additionally if the User Administrator is not processing requests and not responding to direct follow-up after prolonged period of time, CA has the right to revoke the User Administrator role and/or process enrollments according to current business processes.

- As a User Administrator, you agree to administer user requests to CA Support Online and its associated sites for your site ID(s) or to share the responsibilities with other approved User Administrator(s) at your company.
By clicking the "I agree" button at the end hereof, you agree, in your individual capacity, and on behalf of the CA customer you represent, to abide by all of the terms set out above. If the CA customer you represent has not authorized you to perform user administration functions on its behalf, you must click "I disagree" and are prohibited from access to CA Support Online User Administration.
