CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. In order to provide consistent platform support that better meets the needs of our customers and markets, the CA Security Customer Solutions Unit has instituted a new process for platform certifications. This new process will provide our customers with certification roadmap dates for CA Security products and will streamline the certification process.
We have identified two platform tiers for reference, Tier 1 and Tier 2, each with an associated Service Level Agreement (SLA).

The CA Access Control Product Family Tier 1 and Tier 2 platform definitions will be reviewed on a quarterly basis and evaluated to take into account market changes. For platform certification requests that are not defined as Tier 1 or Tier 2, please contact your account team.
