CA is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As a follow-up to our first letter regarding End of Service of CA Datacom/AD r10 for z/OS, we would like to confirm that support for this release will be discontinued beginning on September 30, 2008 and take this opportunity to review the support schedule for currently supported releases of CA Datacom/AD.
At this time, we encourage you to plan for the migration to CA Datacom/AD r11 as soon as possible . For additional information on CA Datacom/AD, please visit the CA Datacom product pages at CA Support Online (https://support.ca.com/).
As CA would like to help make your upgrade to CA Datacom/AD r11 for z/OS as straightforward and successful as possible, we are offering the following:
- A no-charge software upgrade from CA Datacom/AD r10 to CA Datacom/AD r11 for z/OS for any customer with an active maintenance contract of any one of the CA Datacom/AD utilizing products.
