As we enhance functionality and embrace newer technologies, it becomes necessary to discontinue support for some of our older product releases so that we can focus on providing the best technology for your present and future business needs.
As a result of these efforts and in order to effectively support new technology, we are discontinuing Unicenter TNG Software Delivery Option. 2.0.1 (9911) and 3.0. The effective date drop support date will be 12 months from the date of this letter. In addition we are discontinuing Unicenter Software Delivery 3.1 (0107, 0204 and 0303) versions. The effective date drop support date will be 24 months from the date of this letter.
We recommend that you upgrade to Unicenter Software Delivery 4.0 version, so that you can immediately take advantage of its new features and enhancements, such as improved integration with Unicenter ServicePlus Service Desk, easier error situation handling and other functional enhancements. Should you wish to upgrade, please call 1-800-841-8743, in North America, or contact your local Customer Advocate. If you are an international customer, please call your local CA office.
