CA Technologies is continually working to improve our software and services to best meet the needs of our customers. As a part of our regular product planning cycle, we have reviewed the position of CA eHealth Application Response in the marketplace, from both a sales and technology perspective. We have discovered that while this product still provides useful functions to some customers, its value to most customers and prospective customers in the market has declined significantly over the past few years. Therefore, we have decided to stabilize CA eHealth Application Response
Functionally stabilizing a product means that there will be no new releases or further enhancements to this product. However, maintenance and support for this product will continue in accordance with your active maintenance contract.
The CA Application Performance Management (CA APM) portfolio contains a number of alternative solutions that can be utilized to monitor customer applications at a significantly lower cost. CA APM and the CA NetQoS SuperAgent provide robust performance monitoring facilities for Java and .NET applications. Additionally, the CA SuperAgent coupled with the CA APM Customer Experience Manager provide excellent monitoring capabilities for network based applications, including web applications.
