I am try to deploy CA File Master Plus to other LPAR and copy CDBILOAD by using IEBCOPY getting error as IGW01207E. How can I correct this error?

The CA File Master Plus "UC" line command corrupts packed fields.
I edit CUSTFILE with File Master. I use CREATE subcommand to create a sequential file names VISA1. I issue UC line command on records 1 and 11 while in CHAR mode. I CREATE file VISA2. It looks like UC has corrupted packed fields in the records.

Using the Compare program works fine with DASD, but results in a truncated message when specifying tape output.
I have a user who's reporting records being truncated when using the compare program with the CHANGED(SYSUT3,NEW) and INSERTED(SYSUT3) keywords. It works fine when he specifies the SYSUT3 file as DASD, but fails when specifying SYSUT3 as a TAPE.
